Our Staff

Pastoral & Program Staff
	Rev. Dr. Dave Weidlich Dave came to First Presbyterian Church in 2004. Dave grew up in a Christian family of eight in North Carolina, Michigan, and Nebraska. Dave is a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute, the University of Nebraska (B.A., Philosophy), Denver Seminary (M. Div.), and holds a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. Dave previously served Cooper Mountain Presbyterian Fellowship, a suburban church near Portland, OR., where he was pastor (1999-2004). Prior to that, Dave was on staff at the Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church near Sacramento for twelve years. The last seven years at Fair Oaks he was Associate Pastor for Adult Ministries. He recruited and trained small group leaders, adult education leaders, and teachers and oversaw Evangelism and Missions. Dave met his wife, Carol, at Fair Oaks and married in 1991. 	Maureen Bush , Interim Director of Happy Day Presbyterian School Maureen grew up overseas - Germany, England and France (Army brat) and has lived in Petaluma 28 years. She attended Portland State University. She has been teaching at Happy Day since 1999. She is a Mentor Teacher through SFSU. She is a member of and active at St. James Catholic Church. 	Shannon Trayle , Director of Children's Sunday School Shannon Trayle moved into the position of Director of Children's Sunday School, November 16, 2006, after several months as the Interim Director of Children's Sunday School. She began as Children's Sunday School Assistant earlier in the year. Shannon has enthusiastically faced the challenges of recruiting, training and supporting volunteers and staff for the nursery and Sunday School. She loves to read and vacation at Lake Tahoe with her husband, Stirling, and their daughter, Veronica. Shannon can be reached at Shannon [at]petalumafirst.com
	Andi Di Lello, Children's Sunday School Assistant Andi is a wife, mother and works for the Post Office. In addition, she helps organize curriculum and other material so that Sunday School teachers can effectively teach. Andi and her husband, Dean, have three children. Email: Andi[at]petalumafirst.com
	Jeunee Craw-Molinaro, Nursery Coordinator Jeunee Craw-Molinaro heads up our Nursery on Sunday mornings and selected other times. Jeunee (pronounced juh-nay) comes from Healdsburg where she was active in youth groups and church volunteering. Jeunee has earned a B.A. degree in Early Childhood Development from Humboldt State University. She taught preschool until she had her first child. She and her husband, Lance have two young boys. Worship Staff
	Patty Graham, Music Director Patrecia Graham, Director of Music Patty directs the FPC Choir, which sings weekly at the 10:30 service. Her experience in church music began in the Youth Choir at her home church in Phoenix in the fifth grade, and has continued non-stop, including choirs as far away as Richmond, VA and Cincinnati, OH. At her directing debut at St. Francis Church in Novato, she showed her love for vibrant and energetic music. For the FPC Choir, Patty says, "I try to bring all kinds of music into the mix. From ancient music of the polyphonic period to the upbeat sounds of contemporary songs- we sing them all; and I try to ensure that we sing them well." Patty also directs Wings of Glory Gospel Choir, a community group that meets at Elim Lutheran Church. She is the principle (only) oboist for REWE (Redwood Empire Wind Ensemble) at SRJC. 	Jenny Smith, Organist As a Petaluma native, Jenny has attended our church since she was an infant. She served as organist here during her high school years. Jenny received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Chico State University in 1979 and returned here to be our organist in 1987. Her children, Lauren and Jared, were raised in this church family. Lauren attends Santa Rosa JC and Jared is a sophomore at Casa Grande High School.

Administrative Staff
	Ted Arntz, Facilities Coordinator Ted takes care of the church/school campus, including cleaning, room set-up, groundskeeping, maintenance, volunteer coordinating and construction projects. 	Kathy Francone, Bookkeeper Kathy Francone began her work as FPC’s bookkeeper, March 2006. She is responsible to keep records of giving, get the bills paid on time and provide reports of the church’s financial activities. Kathy has plenty of experience in business. She has worked as an office manager and as a bookkeeper for a new church in San Rafael. She also spent several years in the business world as a corporate controller. Kathy was born in Berkeley, CA and spent much of her youth traveling; her father was an airline pilot. She grew up in California, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is married to David. They have four children and eight grandchildren. About her grandchildren, she says, “I believe what someone told me one time, ‘Grandchildren are God's reward for not doing away with your children.’ I love spending time with our grandkids.” Kathy can be contacted at Kathy[at]petalumafirst.com
