FACILITIES COMMISSION


Responsibilities of the Facilities Commission are to:
  • Support, oversee, and approve the maintenance of all existing facilities and grounds
  • Support, oversee, and approve improvements or additions to all facilities
  • Assist any ad hoc committee formed to address long range development 
  • Authorize and supervise use of church property as such is requested to be used by outside groups or individuals
  • Oversee and assist the work of the Facilities Coordinator
  • Oversee and support ministry teams, including, but not limited to the Facilities Ministry Maintenance Team

  • Review and oversee Liability and Property insurance coverages
  • Maintain continuity as commission members turn over from one year to the next
  • Prepare annual budget requests
