Giving to First Presbyterian Church
Giving with Your Credit Card or Debit Card
Whether for the convenience or the rewards, many people prefer to use credit and debit cards to manage their payments and obligations.
First Presbyterian Church is now able to accept credit cards & debit cards as another means of making donations. In the world in which we live, many members are already accustomed to making purchases or payments by using their debit and credit cards. They are accustomed to the benefits of using their cards and have come to appreciate the usefulness and advantages. Benefits include frequent flyer miles and rebate programs.
Two ways to use your credit or debit card:
Recurring Payments
You fill out a form (you will find them on a table in the back of the church and a printable version on FPC’s website), providing your credit or debit card information, the amount you want to give to the church, and the frequency of the contributions. The member information is then put into an automated system that runs through our accounting software. At the specified time interval, your card will automatically be charged and the funds transferred to the church’s checking account. All member information and credit card numbers are kept confidential.
There is a blue box on the back table in the Sanctuary in which to put your forms or you can bring/mail them to me at the church office. If you have questions, you may email me or call me at the office - 707-762-8275 (direct line).

PayPal Online
Members can also use PayPal, the online clearing service to donate, which allows charges to most major credit and debit cards - Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Simply click the Donate button below and you will be transferred to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. This is for making single transaction donations. It's convenient and online.
Debit and credit card donations are not for every member of the church, but when used wisely the benefits are significant not only for the members, but also to the church.
